Core Lynk is a project management company that assists not-for-profit organizations throughout the East Coast.

Core Lynk was founded by Julie E. Billings in 2007. Ms. Billings is a not-for-profit philanthropic professional with more than 15 years of working with nonprofit organizations. Her prior experience includes working as the Chief Advancement Officer for Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways, Executive Director of Community General (Hospital) Foundation in Syracuse, NY and the CCS Campaign Director for The Commonwealth Medical College.

Ms. Billings is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Leadership Oswego County Graduate and a 40 under 40 recipient. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Syracuse University and a Masters of Business Administration from Strayer University. Julie attended the Aspen Academy for Fund Development and holds certification in Lean Management.

As of July 2016, Core Lynk expanded to include Jessica R. Mastrobattista. Ms. Mastrobattista is a not-for-profit philanthropic professional with more than 10 years of working experience with nonprofit organizations. Her prior experience includes working as the Annual Fund Coordinator at Make-A-Wish Central New York, Development Manager for Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways and Development Office Coordinator of the Community General (Hospital) Foundation.

Ms. Mastrobattista holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing from Le Moyne College.
